SEC23B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC23B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,234 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC23B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRNKL1, TMEM230, and TRMT6. Each is linked with SEC23B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC23B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC23B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC23B versus CRNKL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC23B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC23B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
