Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC23B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC23B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Annexin-1, and TFRC. Each is linked with SEC23B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC23B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC23B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by SEC23B-low versus SEC23B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC23B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC23B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
