Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC23B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,669 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC23B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Regulation of plasma cell differentiation. Each is linked with SEC23B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC23B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC23B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum grouped by SEC23B-low versus SEC23B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
