Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC23B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,272 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC23B-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP42, PMS2, and SFPQ. Each is linked with SEC23B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC23B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC23B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC23B versus USP42 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC23B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC23B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
