SEC13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,431 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAIP2B, P4HA2, and PLOD1. Each is linked with SEC13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC13-to-partner and partner-to-SEC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC13 versus PAIP2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
