Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,459 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC24D, S1PR5, and KDELR3. Each is linked with SEC13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC13-to-partner and partner-to-SEC13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC13 versus SEC24D in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
