Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,283 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COPE, COPG1, and FAM114A1. Each is linked with SEC13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC13-to-partner and partner-to-SEC13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC13 versus COPE in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
