Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Myc, ERCC1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with SEC13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC13-to-partner and partner-to-SEC13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Myc grouped by SEC13-low versus SEC13-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
