Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC11A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,965 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC5, PGM5, and CRYM. Each is linked with SEC11A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC11A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC11A results are reported.
