SDS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,963 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAX, LSP1, and NPL. Each is linked with SDS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDS-to-partner and partner-to-SDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDS versus ITGAX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
