Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,332 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC102B, CKAP2L, and BUB1. Each is linked with SDHB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHB-to-partner and partner-to-SDHB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDHB versus CCDC102B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
