SDHAF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHAF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,539 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHAF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BTK, PM20D2, and RHOG. Each is linked with SDHAF4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHAF4-to-partner and partner-to-SDHAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDHAF4 versus BTK in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
