SDHAF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHAF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHAF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD31B, RNA5SP410, and LINC02409. Each is linked with SDHAF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHAF4-to-partner and partner-to-SDHAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD31B grouped by SDHAF4-low versus SDHAF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
