Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDHAF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,406 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHAF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Respiratory chain complex II assembly, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex II assembly, and 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with SDHAF4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHAF4-to-partner and partner-to-SDHAF4 results are reported.
