SDF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 239 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSNAX-DISC1, RNU6-179P, and RNU1-23P. Each is linked with SDF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDF4-to-partner and partner-to-SDF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSNAX-DISC1 grouped by SDF4-low versus SDF4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
