SCUBE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCUBE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,991 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCUBE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSTYK, MAN1B1, and ATP6AP2. Each is linked with SCUBE2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCUBE2-to-partner and partner-to-SCUBE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCUBE2 versus DSTYK in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCUBE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCUBE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
