SCUBE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCUBE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,580 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCUBE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGM5, PLAC9, and SYNPO2_S363. Each is linked with SCUBE1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCUBE1-to-partner and partner-to-SCUBE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCUBE1 versus PGM5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCUBE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCUBE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
