Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCUBE1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,460 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCUBE1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endothelial cell migration, Positive regulation of epithelial cell migration, and Response to reactive oxygen species. Each is linked with SCUBE1-AS1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCUBE1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SCUBE1-AS1 results are reported.
