SCRN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,744 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LNPK, CCDC121, and HCFC2. Each is linked with SCRN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRN3-to-partner and partner-to-SCRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCRN3 versus LNPK in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
