SCRN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP19, SLCO1B1, and FAM204DP. Each is linked with SCRN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRN3-to-partner and partner-to-SCRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP19 grouped by SCRN3-low versus SCRN3-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
