SCRN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,345 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KBTBD2, NUDCD3, and SUN1. Each is linked with SCRN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRN1-to-partner and partner-to-SCRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCRN1 versus KBTBD2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
