SCRG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4499, MIR4701, and MIR3193. Each is linked with SCRG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRG1-to-partner and partner-to-SCRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4499 grouped by SCRG1-low versus SCRG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
