Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDNF, YIPF1, and PIK3R3. Each is linked with SCP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCP2-to-partner and partner-to-SCP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCP2 versus NDNF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
