Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCNN1D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCNN1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C70, ACTRT1, and C20orf85. Each is linked with SCNN1D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCNN1D-to-partner and partner-to-SCNN1D results are reported.
