SCNN1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCNN1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,574 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCNN1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QKI, CEP170, and PDZD11. Each is linked with SCNN1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCNN1A-to-partner and partner-to-SCNN1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCNN1A versus QKI in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCNN1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCNN1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
