Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCNN1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,892 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCNN1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sensory perception of salty taste, Sensory perception of sour taste, and Response to vasopressin. Each is linked with SCNN1A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCNN1A-to-partner and partner-to-SCNN1A results are reported.
