SCN7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,523 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DMD, SORBS3, and ILK. Each is linked with SCN7A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN7A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN7A versus DMD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
