SCN7A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,218 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAMP1, TMEM252, and GPX3. Each is linked with SCN7A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN7A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN7A versus RAMP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
