Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,042 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCN4B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMD4, RPS4X, and NEBL. Each is linked with SCN4B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN4B-to-partner and partner-to-SCN4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN4B versus PSMD4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
