SCN4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,904 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIPE, LIPE_S855, and NID2. Each is linked with SCN4A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN4A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN4A versus LIPE in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
