SCN4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,999 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYW3, CDCA4, and MTHFD2. Each is linked with SCN4A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN4A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TYW3 grouped by SCN4A-low versus SCN4A-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
