SCN4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCN4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,725 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD19, MBTD1, and STRBP. Each is linked with SCN4A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN4A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN4A versus CD19 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
