SCN4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCN4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,058 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with SCN4A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN4A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of DNA repair grouped by SCN4A-low versus SCN4A-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
