SCN4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCN4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 830 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIC8B, CFHR2, and EHBP1. Each is linked with SCN4A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN4A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RIC8B grouped by SCN4A-low versus SCN4A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
