SCN11A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN11A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,742 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF660, ZDHHC17, and ZKSCAN7. Each is linked with SCN11A in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN11A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN11A versus ZNF660 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
