SCN11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN11A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,232 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, CDC20, and RFC4. Each is linked with SCN11A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN11A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 grouped by SCN11A-low versus SCN11A-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
