SCN11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCN11A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 180 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGY, SLAMF8, and MC2R. Each is linked with SCN11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN11A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIGY grouped by SCN11A-low versus SCN11A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
