Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCML1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,271 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-206P, RNU6-210P, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with SCML1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML1-to-partner and partner-to-SCML1 results are reported.
