SCLT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCLT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,073 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALPK1, LGR4, and TM7SF3. Each is linked with SCLT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCLT1-to-partner and partner-to-SCLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCLT1 versus ALPK1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
