SCIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,854 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM47, AHR, and EDEM3. Each is linked with SCIN in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCIN-to-partner and partner-to-SCIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCIN versus RBM47 in LGG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
