SCIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,175 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABLIM1, FAM83E_S351, and TOP1. Each is linked with SCIN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCIN-to-partner and partner-to-SCIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCIN versus ABLIM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
