Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,849 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTPAL, VAV1, and PLAC8. Each is linked with SCIN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCIN-to-partner and partner-to-SCIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCIN versus TTPAL in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
