Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCGB1C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,483 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCGB1C2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glandular epithelial cell maturation, Response to nitric oxide, and Negative regulation of PERK-mediated unfolded protein response. Each is linked with SCGB1C2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCGB1C2-to-partner and partner-to-SCGB1C2 results are reported.
