Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SCGB1C2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SCGB1C2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher SCGB1C2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SCGB1C2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and OV show a favorable association.

LUSC, STAD, and PAAD are the cancer types where SCGB1C2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
