SCG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,416 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMB1, ASPN, and RSU1. Each is linked with SCG2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCG2-to-partner and partner-to-SCG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCG2 versus LAMB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
