Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,868 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH19, SST, and CHGA. Each is linked with SCG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCG2-to-partner and partner-to-SCG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCG2 versus CDH19 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
