SCG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC4E, OR13D1, and USP17L17. Each is linked with SCG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCG2-to-partner and partner-to-SCG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC4E grouped by SCG2-low versus SCG2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
