SCFD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCFD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,942 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCFD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRN3, FKBP3, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with SCFD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCFD1-to-partner and partner-to-SCFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCFD1 versus STRN3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
