Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARNA21B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,902 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCARNA21B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Signal transduction in response to DNA damage, RISC complex assembly, and Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with SCARNA21B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARNA21B-to-partner and partner-to-SCARNA21B results are reported.
