Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SCARNA21B RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SCARNA21B data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher SCARNA21B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SCARNA21B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and CESC show a favorable association.

DLBC, MESO, and SKCM are the cancer types where SCARNA21B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
